The Pablove Foundation improves the lives of children living with cancer through the arts and invests in underfunded, cutting edge pediatric cancer research.

Who we fund:

Our Powered by Pablove seed grants fund senior postdoctoral fellows/junior faculty who hold an M.D or Ph.D. In addition, established scientists who are exploring new areas of investigation are also eligble to apply for seed funding. International applicants and institutions are welcome to apply; there is no residency requirement. Past Powered by Pablove grant recipients are not eligble. 

What we fund:

Innovative pediatric cancer research with a focus on any of the following:

  • Mechanisms of Disease
  • Genetics
  • Preclinical Models
  • Biomarkers and Surrogate Markers
  • Prognostic Factors
  • Diagnosis
  • Innovative Clinical Therapeutic Trials
  • Minimal Residual Disease Detection
  • Treatment
  • Supportive Care and Prevention
  • Amelioration of Long-Term Effects of Therapy

In addition, projects that focus on Opsoclonus-Myoclonus Syndrome (OMS) will be considered.

How much we fund:

This grant provides $50,000 in direct costs for 1 year of funding.

Application process:

Application opens 6 September 2019. Letters of Intent (LOI) are due 30 October 2019. Interested applicants shoulds submit their LOI through the ProposalCENTRAL at www.proposalcentral.com.
